We are looking for a System Technician to provide technical support and ensure the proper functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. The best candidate must have skills in user management, system administration and remote support 💻.

*It is important that you are interesing to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, as well as onsite from the client's offices in Barcelona (central area)*

🔍 What are we looking for?

• +1 year of experience in similar IT/Helpdesk support roles.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.

• Experience with VPN systems (Global Protect, Cisco AnyConnect).
• Ability to interact and coordinate with external teams.
• Experience with ticket management tools (ServiceNow or SpaceWork).
• Knowledge of remote support tools, ideally Teams or Quick Assist.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• English B2+:  We will check it, so be ready to talk 🗣
• Customer and detail oriented.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

🎯 What challenges and tasks can you find in this job?

• Replacing and setting up laptops for new users or when issues arise.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client OS (Windows 10 and 11)
• User registrations and cancellations in the account control systems.
• Management of users and permissions in Active Directory.
• Administration and management of administrator account passwords through LABS.
• Account synchronization between systems.
• Support in the use of the Genesis (CTI) application and resolution of associated problems.
• Videoconference room management and equipment configuration.
• Installation and configuration of VPNs, including Global Protect and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Coordination and liaison with engineering teams and external vendors, such as Microsoft.
• Logging and tracking of incidents (tickets) and tasks in tools such as ServiceNow or SpaceWork.
• Remote support using Teams or Quick Assist.

• Shifts: Rotating shifts on a two-week cycle. You will work one week in the morning shift (8:00 to 17:00) with Saturday (9:00 a 18:00), the following week in the evening shift M to F (10:00 to 19:00), and then enjoy a full week off! 🦾
